Refund Policy

Return Policy:

Our return policy lasts for 20 days from the date of purchase. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If the item is damaged upon receipt, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Please note that the Mystery Box cannot be returned or replaced.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including used or worn items, lingerie, pantyhose, sexy toys with broken seals, and used underwear. Additionally, custom items with personalized content cannot be returned.

In order to initiate a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you refuse to accept a delivery on purpose, a 30% restocking fee and shipping fee will be charged.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a certain number of days.

If your refund is rejected, we will provide an explanation via email.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

If the refund is not reflected in your account, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.

Sale Items:

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on your location, the arrival time of exchanged products may vary.

For returns totaling more than $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing transportation insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
